Main working parameters
Maximum hydraulic pressure 32Mpa (320Bar)
The highest temperature is -30°~+180° (replace the sealing material up to +220°)
Maximum line speed 2 m/s (calculated according to the diameter of the mandrel)
Working pressure 32Mpa (30r/min-1)
Working pressure 25Mpa (100r/min-1)
Working pressure 21Mpa (2/min-1)
Working pressure 16Mpa (300r/min-1)
The design of the hydraulic rotary joint of the coiler is designed for low-speed hydraulic or gas applications. The seals are all made of high quality imported German high-quality rotary seals. The rotary joints are equipped with imported precision bearings. They are reliable in operation and long in service life. Their unique seal ring structure is in A leak-free seal is guaranteed under high pressure. Due to the use of the discharge port, cross-talk leakage between the channels does not occur even if the seal eventually wears out. The rotary seal has the following features:
Very low friction coefficient, extremely low torque and minimal wear, extremely long sealing life, no creep and stickiness.
